I am having the same problem.  It is now day 17 and we do not have email or website.  I have talked to 11 different people at Customer Support and most know little or nothing.  They do know how "to escalate my trouble ticket."  My ticket has been escalated 4 times already.  Even the ones who seem somewhat informed get nowhere.  The business portal is poorly designed and has no useful information.  I am insulted every time it sends me to "Signature Support" and wants to charge me $29.95 a month.

Welcome jsteedle. We apologize for the delay in resolving this issue.  We have referred this to the Business Portal support team.

Thank You
