Assigned Static IPs

Hello,

You would think it would be easy enough to login and find your assigned Static IP addresses from your account page but it appears not. I misplaced the original piece of paper that the Comcast tech gave me with this information. How can I find this?

Thanks,

Craig

Hello korlok and welcome, You can login to your Comcast Gateway (CG) with a computer Ethernet interconnected to any LanPort 1-4, then bring up a browser and enter 10.1.10.1, then username=cusadmin, password=highspeed. Then for SMC or NG3K, go to Gateway Summary, then cable Modem tab, then look for your WAN address which reflects your Static IP Gateway address. the if you have 1 static IP your routable = (gateway address - 1) or 5 block routables = Gateway address - 5 inclusive, etc. For DPC same login but just go to WAN status and this will show your StaticIP gateway address, too. Hope this helps you out....

You can either send an IM to a mod on this forum (the red-colored "Comcast_" users) with your account number and request of IPs, or if you need them immediately you should be able to call into tech support at 800-391-3000 and they should be able to give you the IPs right away.
