why no email communication?

Why is there not an email option to contact customer service? I am unable to phone and do not want to live chat with a representative. Please make email available

Comcast does not currently have public email support available at this time primarily due to customer security. This Business Forum (BF) can be used to obtain technical or business assistance with any of your Comcast Lines Of Business (Internet,Phone, or TV) Services issues. Just add your issue to the BF and assistance is regularly provided.
