Why are service disruptions so frequent?

Every few weeks our internet goes down. We run a retail business and cannot make sales.

We contact the service center and they keep telling us we need to upgrade our service or change our contract or need to have a service appointment.

Sometimes they deny it is down.
Sometimes they send a person who disconnects something and then charges us for the service and an inside charge.

At the same time contractors are working at the back of the store changing out parts and do not communicate with us.

We still have no service, get charged for it , lost thousands in sales and are constantly mislead by various agents.

We are just trying to make a living and need decent, reliable service and decent communication from agents.
We pay a lot and do not get the services that we are paying for. There is no one to hear our concerns.

We are only 1 shop of many in our plaza with the same problems.

Is there any way to get this resolved??

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us about this as this is never the experience that we would want you or anyone else to have with your services @user_d094a4. We will be glad to take a look at this in more detail. To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging. From there, go ahead and compose a new message to "Xfinity Support" and send us a message with your name and address.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon

or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  • - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
