Where's my refund?

I moved to a new location and cancelled the Internet service in my previous location on Feb. The last statement said I had credit on my account for the partial month. However I've never received the refund and it's been months. Where is my refund?

Hello zhuo and welcome,

 

Comcast typically sends out your refund between 30 to 60 days after you receive your last billing statement. The refund usually goes to the billing address of the account service location.
