Where is my refund?

To whom it may concern,

 

I moved to a new location and cancelled the Internet service in my previous location. I wonder when I will get my refund and I hope my refund won't send to my previous location because I didn't live there anymore.

Hello TJC and welcome,

 

As long as you forwarded your US Mail from your old location to your new location, your refund is usually sent out 30 to 60 days after the account has been disconnected and all equipment has been returned.
