What is going on with our service
I received a bill twice in a month with the wrong service address. Spoke to many reps. Advised the problem was taken care of. Now I habe a $500 plus balance for an address I am not using . The transfer of service has been a nightmare. Someone in charge better call me asap! I'm not calling again just to be told everything is under control when it's not!
