Want to get bill electronically but......... NOT to comcast.biz .

Question

I want to receive monthly bils electronically to my co.'s accounting email box. When I choose EcoBilling the only email option I get is to a comcastbiz.net account that was randomly set up for me.

How can I change this????

Hello sbg and welcome,

Your billing statement can only be securely emailed to your Business Class Portal administrative email. You can have your electronic billing statement accessible by anyone within your accounting department by using the administrative email account or setup another user email account with permissions for billing information access. There is currently no means by which to send your Comcast secured billing infornation to an unsecured email address due to this being a breach of customer confidential information.
