Waiting for returned modem credit to upgrade service
Replaced modem with my own. Comcast modem was signed for 2 days ago. When I see return credited I would like to upgrade account to next highest speed.(75 mbps)
Does anyone have any idea when the receipt of the equipment will be acknowledged by Comcast?
