Thanks for reaching out @user_f6ed01! Welcome to the Xfinity Family. You should be able to track your gift card after you sign up for Xfinity Rewards here https://www.xfinity.com/rewards but only after you have an account number. Where did you sign up at and how long ago was it?

I was guaranteed by Comcast Business that soon as I paid my 1st and 2nd month of service over 6 weeks ago I would get my $800 visa prepaid gift! It has been over a month now and I still am waiting for this! Is there anything I can do to make sure they honor their sworn oath to pay $800 gift card?

I was told I would get $1400 in gift cards and have not received anything and the link to track your card doesn't work.
