Using credit from one account on another or getting refeund?

I currently have X amount of credit on account A but that account is really no longer active because I moved and started a new service of account B. Is there a way to get the refund for A or use that credit on A for B?

Hello blah900 and welcome, Yes, you can contact 800-391-3000 and use the billing option, then provide the billing agent your account number that has the credit and request to transfer it over into the your new account. It should be as easy as that. Hope this helps you out.
