Upgraded package and webservices still have old package
Hi there, I have called a few time and no one can help me it appears. I upgraded to the "Ultimate Business - Package Includes: Business Internet 300 Plus, 1 Mobility Voice Line, Security Edge, And ConnectionPro" When I log into my website I am told I still have "Business Internet 150"
I cannot access any of the tools I am paying for in the new package. Who can fix this? And please do not tell me to call and have to hit 6 different options and talk and be transferred to 5 different departments and still no one knows how to fix this?! I have been sent to Business, Web, Internet, and so forth. I need a direct number to talk to someone who can fix this. I even reached out to my sales person and nothing. I am getting tired of wasting an hour of my day and paying for services I cannot use.

I know that not getting this resolved over the phone must be exhausting. I will make sure we take the right actions to help. Are you able to send a private message so I can locate your account?
