Unable to view my bill on the website
Hi guys,
I cannot see or pay my bill, the website shows me an empty box. Tried it in different browsers, with the same result. Could anyone share some secret knowledge about how to deal with that?

Hello aleq and welcome,
You must have primary administrator, Business Owner, or Billing Access permissions on your email account to view, pay, etc. your billing information online. If your email has any of these these permissions, then please contact 8003913000, use technical internet option, then inform the technical agent of your issue and he/she will take care of it for you.

No, nothing has changed. Portal still says installation has been scheduled, can't view bill. Called tech support again today, and for 2nd time sent to "tier 2", which does nothing.
