Unable to change billing address--please help

We have changed suite numbers, but there is no way to change suite numbers on here.

 

Moreover, if I try calling, I am told I have to pay $5.99 for the privilege of speaking to someone about my account.  I called, was told about the charge, and hung up before the call was connected.

 

I had better not see a $5.99 charge on my account.

 

In any event, how to I change my billing address suite number?

This is not correct information Rich.

 

The billing address change will cause an account number change and the customer will then be forced to take poison.

Hello gideonmarcus,

 

I'm sorry for and confusion and I would like to clear a few things up. The $5.99 is applied when you make a payment with a representative over the phone. Options of making this payment without receiving this fee would be to make it via the automated phone system or online.

 

Second if you need to change your billing address you can do so by calling in to the 1-800 number and speak to a billing representative. There is no fee to talk to that rep, there is only a fee if you make a payment via that rep. If you change your bill to address your account number will not change, but if you move to a new location aka a service address change, then your account number will change.

Hello gideonmarcus and welcome,

 

Please call 8003913000, use billing option and ask the billing agent to change your billing address inn the biller. There is no charges for this account maintenance.
