Unable to access my businesses Comcast account

It has been 3 months and I still encounter errors trying to access my Business account for our Fiber internet services. We also need to use the workaround website to make the payments on our account. We are unable to download the invoices or see what is happening with our account.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number to get started.
 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business"  
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list
• - A “Comcast_Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I have the same issue, internet was installed and it still says order pending.
