Tree limb on cable line No Service

I have scheduled five different appointments to have this tree linb removed off the line so I can have service repaired to business building and so far I have nothing but no service no one shows up to the appointments from Concast. It has been a week now and I’m still waiting. You would think how expensive business services is for Comcast that they be More apt to repair to their business customers.
