Transferring Service
Filled out the forms to transfer business internet successfully.
I have already moved locations and I was supposed to receive a call about scheduling a time to install at the new location but I still haven't heard anything. Need it asap as this is for a Business.

I apologize for your delay in finding out what is your install schedule. You can contact 800-391-3000 and use the technical or billing option, then provide that agent you 7 digit Sales ID # and the agent can easily locate you account and install schedule information.
