Transferred from Comcast Business to Xfinity. Keep same email address possible?

Hello,

I recently stopped my Comcast Business internet service due to moving. I signed up for Xfinity internet service. While activating my account, I tried to register the same username. However, it says it was taken. I was hoping to keep my old Comcast email (ie username@comcast net).

Is it possible to keep my old username and email address? If so, how long will it take before it becomes available?

Hi Marcus.

I can definitely help with transferring your comcast.net email. Please private message me your first and last name, the name on the accounts if different at all, the full address for both your business location and residential location and both phone numbers associated with each account. Also, please include the full email address you wish to transfer.
