Terrible Installation Process- Please Change!!

Your installation process is torture.  The phone number given is being called from 800-391-3000, so if you miss the call, you need to go through a very long voicemail system. 

You need an installation hotline so that a client can call directly to get to the installation desk.  Our installation window as 1 to 3 pm.  Still no one showed up and when we finally got a hold of an operator, she was unable to assist and found out that the technician was at lunch and doesn't know when they will actually come over.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

- A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it"
