Terrible customer service

I tried to call to make a change on my service. The hours that customer service is available is ridiculous - aren't business owners working from 8-6?  I finally find time to call right at 8 am and the agent tells me that he is simply able to take my name, account number and call back number so they can call me back at their convenienence?  What is the point of this since I now have to interrupt work to answer the call when it is convenient for them. On top of that, the agent who spoke with me decided that after he got my information that he would simply hang up.

 

If they don't want calls, then provide a live chat that is actually working or some other way to make changes to your service. There is not even a way to provide feedback to comcast. Is there any way for me to make a complaint?

HI wch.  The Business Service Center informed me that they are currently working a change of service request for this account.  I have also updated the appropriate team concerning your experience with Customer Service on your initial attempt to make changes to your Business Service.  I apologize for the inconvenience.  Please let me know if additional assistance is required to complete your service request.

Terrible customer service solved ???? I think NOT your "new" IVR menu does nothing but frustrate business users and force them to navigate useless menus when all i want is to speak to a live person, i pay enough for this crappy service i should atleast beable to skip the BS IVR menu and get to a real person.
