Tax Exemption Adjustment

I've actually had the time to look back at all of our statements and we have been charged sales tax since 2011.  We are a water district, therefore, we are tax exempt.  Where can I submit a letter with tax exempt forms, etc?  Thank you!

We have also been charged tax and are exempt. I have emailed Edmond Farlow several times and sent in the required documentation and no reply. What is our recourse. Please advise. We are unhappy at the lack of customer service.

I received a form from Edmond at comcast business for tax exemption. We filled out and returned. Then heard nothing.

 

Please advise. I will wait to hear before paying this months billing.
