Switching from Business to Residential Service

I no longer need the business service at my residence.  How can I convert my business account to a residential account and service?

Rochester Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Business Support for assistance with your account and services. Typically there is a contract with your business services. You will want to check with customer service to see if there is a contract, and then go from there. Here is the number, 1-800-391-3000. Once you have ironed that out, we can assist with getting residential services set up through Direct Message. Please send us a Direct Message with your name, and service address. We look forward to working with you today!  
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it
