I too cannot view my bill. All I have is 'installation is scheduled' even though I was installed about 2 weeks ago.

The portal worked for a few days, but now is back to showing 'your installation has been scheduled'. I know a bill is coming up soon and would like to be able to view/pay online.

I got an email stating that my bill was ready, but it isn't in my account! Please help me fix this!!
I am having the same issue. I have been installed since mid Dec., however my account shows next step as 'installation pending'. I have an email saying that the bill is due soon and cannot view bill from account.
