Switch from Business to Residential

Hi there, bbbv4711. Thanks so much for taking the time to create a post here in the Community. Great question! We do have a process for switching accounts from business to residential when possible, however, we wouldn't be able to guarantee the internet wouldn't briefly go down during the transition. The goal of course would be for it to not go down, but that isn't always possible and it doesn't always work that way 100% of the time. 

Can this be looked into to see if it is possible with minimal downtime? Is there someone I should contact?
