Still Getting Billed on Old Office Location

I cancelled service on an old office location, then got new service in my current office space and I am still getting billed and was told I would receive a credit on old location as the bills were being autopaid.  Why can't anyone get this resolved?

Wow, so I finally got a response and was credited an amount that was showing as past due.  This was for an account that should have been turned off last October.  So I paid over $1,000 on an account that wasn't being used and you credit me a past due amount and neglect to address the real issue and the fact that I am owed that money back.  Customer service failure.
