Still being billed after disconnect

I canceled my business internet in February. Suddenly the other day I received an email that I have a past due balance on my account totaling several hunderd dollars. I still have my signed copy of the disconnect document from Docusign.

I always thought Comcast Business support was 24/7. Apparently not! I got a message to call back during normal business hours.

dzeig Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

@dzeig

This is happening to me as well. I canceled my business account on May 28th of this year and same thing happened to me. I have a due balance of several hundred dollars even though I already paid last bill, according to comcast service representative. I tried to contact them again but no reply to them. Any updates from your side?

user_75c5b5 I'm sorry to hear that you are also receiving billing statements after the cancellation. While our team here is unable to review the billing in detail, did they happen to mention in your previous conversation or within the statement what the charge was for?
