Sold my business, dissovled LLC, now what with Comcast contract? Jacob right contact?

Well my wife and i successfully sold our LLC. Very exciting times for us and ready for the next chapter.

Tying up the loose ends on the sale, it looks like we have another 6-months or 18 months on our Comcast contract.

Per the terms of the service, since our LLC is dissolved and sold, can't we cancel the Comcast business account? or Transfer it to a residential account? We can provide all of the dissolution documents and bill of sales as well.

Who would be the best person or department to talk with someone to start the process? Jacob had helped us through an issue last near so not sure if he is the right person.
