signed up for online account -- shows wrong info

I recently activated my online account but it says that I ordered tv services when I actually have internet not tv.  How can I get this resolved?

Hello kel and welcome,

 

Simply call 800-391-3000, use the billing option, provide your comcast account number, just ask the billing agent to check on your Service Order Agreement to make sure your biller accurately reflects the services that you order. The billing agant can correct this no problem.
