SENT MONEY TO CANCELLED RESIDENTIAL ACCT AND CAN'T GET TO BUSINESS ACCOUNT- HELP!!!
I had service disconected for resident, and had hook up for business..... for all the same reasons everyone else did...... When I did that, I failed to redirect the auto-payment funds to the new account. Now the over $300 is setting in my old account, and I have worked with 4 Comcast employes who made me feel like I should be lucky to be talking to them to get the funds over to the business account......... with NO SUCESS. Can ANYONE help me?

Hello JUARNETTE32 and welcome,
I recommend that you call 800-391-3000 and use the billing option, provide your business account number, then request that the billing agent put in and Escalation Payment Credit ticket;. This ticket should be a credit transfer from your cancelled residential account to your current business account. Also, please make sure that the billing agent verifies that your residential auto-pay has been removed and restored within your buiness account. This will move your $300 into your business account and be used to apply payment as required.
Hope this helps you out.

I feel for you. Every time I hear them say they are going to create a ticket, I hear "I'm going to do nothing for you and give you a meaningless number to get you off the phone." 😞
Hang in there, it seems like people get their billing problems solved eventually but it takes a lot.
I think they are banking on people finally just giving up and saying it's not worth my time. Very dishonest business practice, scamming people out of their money!
