Security PIN?

Hi - I'm trying to resend my security PIN, but I just get the message "We are unable to resend your Security PIN at this moment. Please try again."  Been getting that message for at least a few days now.  Help?

Your security PIN has been sent to you. The email should be avaialble within a few hours and the mailed version can take up to 30 days to arrive.
