I need to get my security pin, but when I hit to send to my email it doesn't send.

Hello TZubris and welcome,

 

Simply call 800-391-3000, use technical option, provide your Comcast account number, the request that the technical agent email or US Mail your security pin. If you are a new Comcast business customer sometimes the security pin generator inadvertently gets into a log jam and the technical agent can get this freed up for you.
