Sales Tax Exemption Not Being Applied

I opened  when I noticed on my September bill that sales tax was being charged to one of my two accounts. The rep said that the sales tax exemption was on record and would forward it to nonprofit group to fix. (My other account is exempt as expected.)  I checked my November bill and I'm still being charged sales tax. Can someone look into this?

Still getting charged sales tax. I opened a new case at the end of November, . The agent said the department would be getting in touch with me to get it taken care of, but no call yet and it's been three months. I might call again, or I might call the FTC or someone who cares.

Thanks! There should be someone from customer relations working on it as well, so hopefully it'll get done soon. 🙂
