Roaming help needed

and I need you help because supervisor on that question didnt give enought attention. I had to urgently fly to Kyrgyzstan on november 30 and I always use Global Travel Pass, per phone clerk it was turned on in Turkey but once I got to Kyrgyzstan it turned off and then Comcast Business Mo charged me 3400$! Till January 19 as of today!
this is amount I cannot afford and will drastically hit on my finances, I really need help and asked for waive it or psrtially waive it, but they denying all and not explaining and saying that I eas receiving phone messages but I DIDNT! Only to corporate email but I dont have access there because I left company long time ago, but they allow me to stay under their program, please I need help here

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Comcast Business.
To send a direct message:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
- An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
