Returned modem but still being charged for it
I returned the modem on 08/22/2015 because I purchased my own modem. I've been charged the equipment fee on every bill since. Please fix this.

Hello JTLay and welcome,
You will need to call 800-391-3000, usinf the billing option, then let the billing agent know of your issue and this is a very easy (4 * $12.95) credit issue that can be immediately administered to you account.
