Hello Buscuit and welcome,
Yes, you can have both Residential and Business Internet service at your home address. Many Comcast customers do take advantage of this because they either have home business or are teleworker, meaning their company provide them business Internet and/or Telephone services to facilitate them working at home. When you have both Business and Residential services you received two separate billing statements, accordingly.
Hope this helps you out.

Just to add to this....IF you want the Xfinity X1 setup, Comcast will not allow you to have TV service alone as residential. They will tell you you must have at least a double-play package.
So, I am in the process of switching everything over to residential and closing the business account. I work from home, my employer pays internet/phone, but I really wanted to ditch AT&T for the X1 platform. So, this is the only way it can be done.
With that said, you can have regular TV service alone while keeping the Business account, it just won't be the X1 platform. Unfortunately, when I asked this question with the sales rep that signed me up, I did not get that clarification.
