To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the business name on the account, the phone number for the account, and the service address alongside your inquiry so we can best assist.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

I am looking for the most current, signed W-9 form that matches the following ACH and remittance information for Comcast Business:

Bank: [EDIT: name]
Routing Number: [EDIT: number]
Account Number: [EDIT: number]
Regular Mail Address: [EDIT: Address]

Our accounting compliance team requires an updated version signed for the current calendar year to prevent any issues with vendor payment processing. Could a forum administrator provide a direct download link or point me to where the current form for this specific PO Box is hosted
