repair down lines

[Edited: "Personal Information"].  A large truck ripped down the comcast lines that were anchored on our back building.   We tied them off to get them off the ground but we them resecured with an anchor to the building.  A comcast repair person was here for another ticket and said they requested this for us but it's been some time and no one has done the repair.  Water is getting inside the building where the anchor pulled.  We cannot restucco until the anchor is installed and wires rehung.  Thank you.
