remove accounts not ours

We recently set up our accounts online and found that they were linked to 75 business accounts that were not ours.  I have placed several requests to have our email removed from the accounts that do not belong to us.  (opened several tickets and chatted online with an agent)  The tickets were closed but nothing was corrected.  I had an email address for someone that had helped me in the past and he removed 2 of the accounts.  I chatted with an agent regarding the other 73 accounts and he told me he would remove our email address.  However that was two weeks ago and nothing has been done.  I really need someone to remove our email address from these accounts.

I have tried giving these accounts another primary account manager but this has not solved the issue either.

I apologize, but could you follow these steps?

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.
