Recurring payment information

I recently signed up to receive our business account billing online and to set up recurring payments. My bill is due today, 12/8/15 and I am unsure if the recurring payment is in effect. I have called 1-800-391-3000 and I have been disconnected 3 times. I need to know if my payment is set up to be paid today or not. I also have no idea how to get a security pin in order to view pending payments. Please help.

Hello triciav and welcome,

 

It usually takes 4-6 weeks for Comcast auto-pay be become activated. I recommend that you pay your current bill online within your Business Class Portal Billing facility and then check your account next month to see if you auto-pay has been activated.

I signed up for auto pay on 9/8/2015, and received a notice today, 12/9/2015, that I am deliquent two months. I checked my account and it indicates that autopay is active.

 

So much for the 4-6 week window for auto-pay to activate.
