Recent increase of $10

I've been a comcast customer for 4 months and now suddenly I'm getting an extra $10/month increase to my monthly bill. I have not made any changes to the account. Can somebody please explain to me why?

stg, can you see what the difference is between bills? Is it a package price change, additional item, promotional falloff etc?

Hi, thanks for the reply and sorry for the delayed response. Apparently the increase is due to static ip and equipment increases. I understand now where the money is coming from but I still have a very big problem with the bill increasing so much in just the 4th month of having service with comcast. At what point is comcast going to have enough of Americas money? In 2Q 2014 comcast Business Service Revenue increased 22.4% and in 3Q it increased 20%. They haven't posted the numbers for 4Q but i'm going to assume it's close to the 20% mark and yet with all this increase you are still sucking more money out of our pockets. When did customer appreciation turn into sucking every penny out of the pockets from your customers? At this rate I will be paying double what I signed up for just 3 years... The inflation rate in the United States for 2014 was 1.3% but my bill was raised by nearly 8% in just 4 months.... This is unacceptable and deceitful practice. Comcast should be ashamed of this. http://www.cmcsa.com/earnings.cfm
