Re: Change our primary manager?
This is RonG726. I have a similar issue in that the listed Primary Manager on our accounts has been incorrectly listed with the wrong name and e-mail address and with some unknown password. I have escalated to tier 2 without success in resolving this. Can you help?

I would love to assist with updating the primary contact on the account. Can you please reach out through private message with the name, address and phone number on the business account?

Finally got my "primaary manager" issue resolved! It took removing all users/managers and then having me re-activate/re-register all 3 accounts as if new accounts.
Just stumbled on a side issue simuliar to what caused the original primary manager problem. Comcast software will not allow use of e-mails or IDs on multiple accounts unless the accounts are linked. So now my original forum ID (RonG726) is lost somwhere in the web and I had to create a new ID (RonG3667) becaused an ID is linked to your account(s).

Can you somehow delete RonG726 so I no longer get e-mails under that name? I can no longer get into, link to or reply to messages under thatname. Re-registering accounts forced me to establish a new Forum user name (RonG3667)
