Hello,
I am just wondering why the service address on my account says it is for Suite M when actually our office where the service is at is Suite 250. Please advise if this makes a difference or if my records need to be updated.

Hello jhardin and welcome,
If your location of the physical service address is not accurate, the simply call 800-391-3000, use the billing option and have the billing agent fix your billing address immediatel, then have the agent do what is necessary to make this accurate on a permanent basis.
