Random Disconnects
Hi,
My internet randomly disconnects and then comes back .. How do I debug this ?

Hello sakapur and welcome,
If you are not using any static IP, login to your comcast modem by connecting a computer to any LanPorts 1-4 on the back, then bring up a browser, goto 10.1.10.1, username=cusadmin, pw=highspeed, click on LAN, then select the drop down arrow next to Lease Time and select forever, then click apply button. This will enable all internet connect devices to have permantly established dynamic IP address. The only time these devices will loose their dynamicIP is when you shut them down.
