Proof of payment

I've been on the phone with two different reps with no help. I need to somehow obtain receipts to show proof of payment for my business services for tax purposes. The previous billing statement that I can obtain from just my account information from the website is not enough. It needs to show what form of payment I used, how much I paid, and date paid. The confirmation emails that I received after payment works perfectly, but I recently went through my emails and (accidentally) deleted them! Can someone please help?
