Promised $400 gift card per line in writing , received $200 per line, agent not responding.

As was reported similarly by another couple users.... In Feb 2025 I switched 4 lines from other carrier to Xfinity Mobile, and was promised in writing by comcast business account representative rebate of $400 per line, and no contract with month to month service plus a discount on my business internet.

Its  Jan 2026. and I just now received 4 Visa Gift cards for $200 each which is $800 in total short.

I had a business agent, who offered me this deal, I have his name in email correspondences regarding this if necessary. After selling me on this deal, he promised to call me back and follow up about the missing gift cards, then he stopped calling,  stopped emailing, his last response was that he will look into the issue, then he just stopped answering calls or following up. 

I am not sure if Comcast/ Xfinity will fix the error or if I need to contact a lawyer, BBB and FCC and other to help.

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send it

I have a similar complaint! Sales rep promised me a credit in Visa gift cards to offset the Verizon equipment payoff costs. This was after I had requested that my new business internet service installation be cancelled. Now he won't respond to any of my multiple emails, text, or attempts to set up meetings through a link in his email signature. There's another name besides his on my signed contract, but I can't find contact information for that person. I am furious and want to figure out how to escalate this with Comcast.

I sent a DM to Comcast Business 9 DAYS AGO and still no response! 
I have been swindled by a Comcast rep whose only concern was getting his commission. After I told him this new service would was not feasible for us financially and that I wanted to cancel my installations, he urged me to stay on schedule with a false offer of Visa gift cards. He has since ignored every communication attempt. I AM NOW SEEKING A NO-COST RELEASE from my contracts, which were obtained under a false pretense.

They offer you 10 dollars to go on auto pay statement then the raise your bill 20 when your not looking .
