Prepaid Visa reward card

Hello,

A few of our new accounts have been eligible to receive a reward card but when I select the https://www.comcastbusinessfulfillment.com link, login, the site just keeps trying to reload and nothing happens.  Is there another way to check?  I have tried this in multiple browsers.

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

my accouont is a business account, I called and they said to go to Fulliment, well that page is broken as of today. I cant check on the Visa card, I believe they have the wrong name but right address on the card.
