Prepaid Visa reward card

Hello, A few of our new accounts have been eligible to receive a reward card but when I select the https://www.comcastbusinessfulfillment.com link, login, the site just keeps trying to reload and nothing happens. Is there another way to check? I have tried this in multiple browsers. Thanks

my accouont is a business account, I called and they said to go to Fulliment, well that page is broken as of today. I cant check on the Visa card, I believe they have the wrong name but right address on the card.
