Poor customer service

I called Comcast customer service to inquire about savings from my current plan.  I was routed to Sales Dept that wanted to add an addtional phone line for some savings on my bundle plan.  I was frustrated and wanted Sales rep or the sales manager to call back because I did not need a 6th phone line. As of today, no one in the sales dept have return my phone call.  I called the retention dept, but was told they can't help me since sale dept was working with my account.  I so frustrated now.
