Payments not being allocated correctly across multiple accounts
My client has 7 Comcast accounts which according to our records are being paid however it looks as though multiple payments are being made together and Comcast is unable to allocate the funds across the correct accounts.
Remittance documentation is being emailed to '[Edited: "Personal Information"]' along with the payment however this doesn't seem to be making a difference and there are concerns that if this is not resolved then the accounts are at risk of disconnection in critical business areas
I have emailed [Edited: "Personal Information"] regarding this on 25th November but have yet to receive a response.

@CaleroTEM I’m sorry to hear you're running into an issue with payment allocations for your accounts and you haven't heard anything back per your email? Have you had the chance to call in and speak directly with our business team at 1-800-391-3000?
