payment
my business acct was shut off yesterday...i paid the bill todaybut it is turned back on...i have a confirmation number on the payment.. shouldn't it be back on? and why can't business customers have priority to speak to someone on a weekend

Hello DebraBarlow and welcome,
You should be able to contact 800391300, option 2, provide your account number, check payment amount and confirmation no. and speak to a billing agent who will be able to restore you services. Please be advised that if you pay with a credit card your services will typically be restored almost immediately. However, if you pay by ETF check, there is typically a 24 hour processing timeframe for your payment to clear.
